Getting Started on Better Blogging
I started the On Living By Learning blog in June, 2007. Over the past nine months, I've made major strides in improving the blog based on advice from the blogging community.
Recently, I've been working with the HEWG (Homeschool Educators Writing Group) to take on weekly tasks aimed at creating better blogs.
Week 1 - Write a mission statement and list short-term & long-term goals.
Week 2 - Enable reader subscriptions.
Week 3 - Create an enticing About page.
So far, I've completed Weeks 1 & 2, and now I'm working on Week 3.
