Earning his Bachelors in Organizational Psychology from Canisius College and his Masters in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix, Michael is currently working on his Ed.D to assist organizations with their next generation of learning and performance needs. Michael is an accomplished Toastmaster. His professional memberships include Buffalo Sunrise Rotary, US Distance Learning Association, American Society for Training and Development - Niagara Frontier Chapter and Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association.
