- About Me:
- I am an independent contractor and consultant; I own my own company, Archetype Performance Solutions. I have had the privilege to work for multiple clients in many different industries as either an individual contributor or project manager on various projects. I am interested in a wide range of technological solutions that result in improved individual and organizational improvement. Nevertheless, I do not like to use technology for technology's sake. I always endeavor to match the best solution to each situation; sometimes that solution is not the most technological solution available. That's okay. I am more interested in effecting a performance improvement than in using the latest technologies. If I get the opportunity to do both at the same time...that's golden!
