Hi Suzanne--great post on your blog re: developing community and why it is that some teacher communities are slow to develop--lots of interesting reasons.
One thing I'm finding is that it's hard to keep things going unless some people are devoting time and energy to trying to facilitate the process. Unfortunately I don't know if you can do it without someone taking some kind of "lead" in it.
