One thing that I found interesting, though, was that a lot of people don't use the wiki afterward. They loved it during training, but then forgot about it when they went back to work. In my trainings, that's usually because they just go right back to doing their jobs the same old way.

As much as I can, I've replaced wikis with doing handouts for people, especially since it's also a way for me to add later info. A lot of times when I do training, a question will come up that I didn't provide a resource for. With a wiki, I can add it when I get home.

Your wiki looks great and I think they're going to love it!
