This post describes how to get started with Building a Better Blog

If you're new to Ning, BBB community member Sue Waters has created an intro page that can get you started.

Create your profile page so we can get to know you. You can create your page by clicking on the tab at the top of this page that says "My Page."

If you don't have a blog yet, then feel free to use the blog feature here on Ning. You'll find it on your profile page. Scroll down to where it says "My Blog" and then click on "Write first entry." Type in your thoughts and then click "save."

And if you already have a blog, then you can add an RSS feed to your blog on your page. Just look in the left sidebar for where it says "RSS." Then click Edit, add your feed, and decide if you want to show just the title or the full feed. Then click "save."

If you post about blogging on your "regular" blog, do us a favor and cross-post to your blog here so that we can feature it on the front page where everyone can benefit from your words of wisdom.

Check out the Weekly Challenges. These are activities we use to learn and grow as bloggers. The most recent task is posted at the top of this page. New tasks are posted each Tuesday, but you can also go back to try out previous challenges.
